Any new item can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, or can be exchanged for another product within 30 days.  

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch or item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, please bear these in mind:

  • Does the watch work perfectly?
  • Is it in perfect condition?

If your answer to either question is "no" then the watch or item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Lokdale will not accept the returned item.

Notice a mechanical problem after the watch or jewellery item has been sized and/or worn?

In such cases, Lokdale will do its best to repair or replace the item under our two years Lokdale Warranty.

LOKDALE cannot replace or refund a watch or jewellery item when:

  • The watch or jewellery item has been worn
  • The tags/factory tape has been removed
  • The product has been sized

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

This is only valid to products that have been purchased between 1st November - 25th December 2018

Any new product can be returned for a full refund or exchanged as long as it is returned to us by the 10th January 2019.

 

RETURNS SHIPPING?

In the un-likely circumstance you are not content with your purchase you may return the parcel to us in secure and protected packaging for a refund or exchange within the above guidelines.

WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our customer support team by emailing us at support@lokdale.com explain your issue and a member of our team will instruct you on how to return the item.

Once confirmed, deliver the item back to us and await a quick response from our customer service team who will handle this with pleasure and process either the exchange or your refund. 

Lokdale has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects on all watches for two years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own.

The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site, the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized Lokdale Watches dealer.
